A fine dining Mediterranean fare of MOUSSAKA – baked layers of potato, zucchini and aubergines, POMEGRANATE and Anardana flavoured Quinoa, pickled salad of Beetroot and Shallots with a crisp oven fresh sesame flat-bread.
