Now, I am not sure if these are burritos or fajitas or just Mexican wraps but they are overloaded with half a dozen things. Refried kidney beans, Roasted Veggies, Jalapeno Sour Cream, Spring Onions and a mouth- watering Mango Salsa. The salsa is the undisputed hero of this dish with its sweet, sour, tangy and spicy profile. The local variety of banganapalle mango did such a great job of replacing the alphonso here. A wholesome and generous dish that tickles your taste buds.
